STAFF HOLIDAY PARTY

Our office will close at 12:00pm on Thursday, December 8th, 2011.  
An on-call physician will be available for emergencies only.


CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY

We will be closed Saturday, December 24th through Monday December 26th, 2011.
We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, December 27th, 2011.


NEW YEARS HOLIDAY

We will be closed Saturday, December 31st through Monday January 2nd, 2011.
We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2011.
