You can refilll your child's prescriptions by calling our 24 hour Prescription Line, 616-575-7777 during normal business hours. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. When calling, please have the following information available:

• Your name and daytime phone number
• Patient’s name and date of birth (please spell both first and last name)
• Doctor’s name
• Prescription name and strength
• Pharmacy name and phone number
