Financial Policy

Cascade Pediatrics requires parents to provide accurate and up-to-date guarantor and insurance information. It is your responsibility to know your own insurance benefits, including whether we are a contracted provider with your insurance company and/or plan, your covered benefits and any exclusions in your insurance policy. We will bill both your primary and secondary insurance carriers. You are responsible for amounts not paid by your insurance carrier. If you have questions regarding specific benefits or non-covered charges, please contact your insurance carrier directly.

Co-pays are collected at time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Mastercard and Visa.

 

If your children have no insurance, we encourage you to apply for insurance through the MICHILD program.
