Prescription refills can now be requested electronically at your pharmacy of choice.  Controlled substances can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy, however in the light of the new FDA regulations and guidelines for controlled medication, we are prohibited from submitting prescriptions to another pharmacy after they have been sent from our office to the initial pharmacy.  If your preferred pharmacy is out of your medication and you need another prescription, you will be required to pick up a paper prescription from our office.  We apologize for any inconvenience.   Thank you!


You can refill your child’s prescriptions by calling our 24 hour Prescription Line, 616-575-7777 during normal business hours. Please allow 72 hours for your request to be processed. When calling, please have the following information available:

  • Your name and daytime phone number

  • Patient’s name and date of birth (please spell both first and last name)

  • Doctor’s name

  • Prescription name and strength

  • Pharmacy name and phone number
