PRACTICE INFORMATION

Our doctors and nurses always take time to answer your questions, and we work to make sure your visit is always as pleasant as possible — for both you and your child.

 

When calling to inquire about signing up with our practice, please check the insurance list to see if we participate with your insurance company. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify if we are credentialed with them.

 

Any questions you might have about the practice can be answered during our initial phone conversation. We will then be happy to schedule a “getting to know you” visit with one of our physicians. There is no charge for this visit.

 

IMMUNIZATIONS

Cascade Pediatrics follows the American Academy of Pediatrics’ recommendations regarding immunization schedules. Our office feels strongly this provides the best medical care for all our patients.
