The physicians at Cascade Pediatrics fully support the vaccine recommendations put forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) on August 19, 2025.  The physicians strongly believe in the science and safety of all vaccines recommended by the AAP.  Based on current scientific evidence, we believe the number of vaccines and their recommended timing, according to the AAP guidelines, provides the best protection for our patients.  

 

We feel fortunate to be able to offer each of our patients the protection that each vaccine offers.  It is because of these beliefs that Cascade Pediatrics requires all patients to adhere to the AAP vaccine schedule.  We understand that this policy may seem firm and direct. However, the physicians are confident that this policy will offer the best medical management for both patients of Cascade Pediatrics, but also for the general population.  If you have further questions regarding this policy, please feel free to speak with your primary care physician (PCP).  If you choose not to follow this policy as stated above, you may be asked to transfer care to another medical practice.
